Overview

The Lindy USB 3.0 active extension cable uses built-in active electronics to extend the cable length of a USB 3.0 device by an additional 15m whilst continuing to support data transfer rates up to 5Gbps. With its USB-A male and USB-A female connector, it allows USB-A devices such as storage devices, webcams and more to be connected at longer distances to PCs, laptops and tablets, while also ensuring flexible positioning.¦The Lindy USB 3.0 active extension cable is compatible with all USB-A equipped computers. The cable’s unique and slim design allows installation in narrow surroundings – an advantage over other active USB leads which use bulky connectors.¦The USB active extension cable also features a DC socket for connecting an external power supply when using USB peripherals which have higher power requirements.
