Overview

HP Advanced Services v2 zl module is a server module that is hardware compatible with VMware vSphere. The solution is best delivered by the HP “FlexNetwork” that unifies the data center, campus and branch across a Converged Infrastructure. The network is the key component of the HP Converged Infrastructure, the vehicle for interconnecting all enterprise systems and applications. Building on the Converged Infrastructure, HP is offering the Advanced Services v2 zl module solution that offers flexibility, scalability, and agility by enabling VMware vSphere compatible virtualized software applications on the 5400/8200zl switching platforms. The HP solution converges infrastructure and delivers an open platform to host applications and dramatically simplify application deployments, centralize management, improve business productivity and reduce IT costs. VMware vSphere is not included and must be purchased seperately.
