Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Unopened Items
- Any unopened product still in factory-sealed packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date. Original receipts are required, and refunds will be given based on the payment method.
Opened Items
- Opened products must be exchanged or returned for store credit with a 20% restocking fee.
- All opened products must be in like-new condition with all packing materials and original receipts.
- No refunds or exchanges will be given after 14 days of purchase.
Preowned Devices
- Preowned devices may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Devices containing customer information or that have been set up will incur a 20% restocking fee. Original receipts are required, and refunds will be given based on the payment method.
Defective Items
- Defective items may be returned for same-product exchange or store credit.
- All defective items must be tested and verified before offering an exchange or store credit.
Non-returnable Products
- Products not eligible for return, refund, or exchange include:
- Opened iPads
- Opened Apple Watches
- Opened AirPods & AirPods Pro
- Software, License, Renewal Licenses
- Opened printers, ink/toner
- Special orders, labor, gift certificates
- Products not accompanied by original packaging
Cash Refunds
- No in-store cash refunds. Cash purchases will be refunded by check, mailed to the customer within 7-10 business days.
Additional Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refund Process
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Contact us at [email protected] for instructions.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the return is processed.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
- Mail returns to: Baner, Pune 411045, Maharashtra.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, exchange times may vary.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
